People who say, we ought to take a defensive position with China at our land borders with China and refrain from aggression as far as possible are 100% correct.
The Chinese side is mostly plateau and plains and don't offer any scope to capture and hold territory.
Moreover, the Chinese are multiple times more powerful and advanced than us.
However, it doesn't mean we ought to soak in everything.
1. We must make all aggression by them a costly proposition by causing them unacceptable losses when they launch an offensive anywhere.
2. While we do that, we've to push China over the edge in IOR(Indian Ocean Region) and at Malacca Straits which are their sea lanes for over 85% of their cargo including crude oil by building up capacity at the seas and tying up with friendly countries.
3. Unfortunately, we are too dumb and we only know to bend backwards when we ought to deliver a knockout punch. 🤣
4. By the way, the Chinese aren't stupid and wouldn't consider an all-out war with India. At most, the Chinese may rope in Pakistan to needle us on the sidelines. However, we've Vietnam(and Myanmaar to an extent), .. to payback their favour in kind.
5. By the way, if we sit on our hands the Chinese would push us over the edge as the savages don't know any better. 🤣
